Yoga Lab:
For those that want a safe space to ask all the questions and try new things out. Do you geek out over new topics? Love yoga? Are curious about how to do the thing so that you can be more confident in your own practice at home or in a class? Look no further!
Expect an atmosphere that's playful, relaxed and that you'll still get a good yoga session in. We'll go a little slower than a typical class and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
